iTunes is saying your podcast isn't existing anymore...how do I get your podcast now?
Just found your podcast and was listening back through them. This morning I listened to the "missing" episode. In that episode you mentioned inconsistency. I like to keep dish cloths going all the time and use them to get warmed up and into my more relaxed rhythm. Then I pick up my sweater project. It has helped me a great deal to get warmed up first.
